Every year, PCA hosts a Greek and Roman olympics (field day) called Greekfest. It is a day the students and many parents look forward to all year. The students dress in ancient Greek or Roman attire and families are encouraged to come in costume as well.
Once each fall and once each spring, PCA holds a very special night called Recitation. At Recitation, the students have a chance to present many of the poems, songs, chants and jingles they have learned over the past semester to a room full of family, friends, and those interested in learning more about the school. Our spring Recitation night was May 2.
At Pinnacle, our kids talked about Columbus last week and took Columbus Day off from school. One thing I’ve always appreciated about PCA is their value for family time and their generosity in giving days off. They work very hard at school and spend more time at home than the usual school.
