Dr. and Mrs. Marcus Moody
Marcus Moody served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. His wife, Katie, is a stay-at-home mom and former elementary school teacher. Marcus and Katie recently relocated to Birmingham, Alabama, yet remain active members of the PCA School Board. In the founding of PCA, Marcus and Katie desire a school where children are equipped to shine brightly for Christ as they learn to think deeply and seek truth.
Mr. and Mrs. David Peery
Dave Peery is an Event Planner for FamilyLife, and his wife, Mary, is a stay-at-home mom and former pharmacist. Dave and Mary have three children, all of whom attend PCA. Dave and Mary desire PCA to be an institution that instills in its students a love for learning and a desire to draw closer to their Creator. Their prayer is that one day students of PCA will influence culture with a passion to express and live out an authentic faith, bringing glory to God.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bailey
Joseph and Stephanie Bailey came to Little Rock in 2009 and joined the other founding board members in helping establish Pinnacle Classical Academy. Joseph served the school as Headmaster in 2013 before the Lord called their family to Monroe, LA. He and his wife, Stephanie, have six children, four of whom were students at PCA. The Baileys continue to serve as board members for PCA and will always have a special affection for its mission in the Little Rock community.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Pendergist
Bill and Amy Pendergist have lived in Little Rock since 2009 and have served on the PCA Board since 2016. Bill is a partner at Flake & Kelley Commercial, a commercial real estate firm in Little Rock, and Amy is an Interior Designer, full-time mom to their three children, and volunteer for various roles at PCA. They currently have two children attending PCA. The Pendergist’s pray that the Lord will use PCA to train a generation of Christ-followers that seek to glorify Him in mind, heart, word, and action.
